Air box conversion?

Air box conversion?
Is it possible to go from 2 air hoses into 1 big one?
I mean I have seen the new air box top on the mass air conversions from ford, but I just want the 2 pipes to go into one, so I can add a MAF and use the stock box.
If I need a new lid that is cool
any ideas?

I have a 95 f-150 EB 5.82 hoses to the air box from the manifold
I would like to have an air box with the mount holes for a maf, and from the MAF to a y pipe or something to the manifold
I guess I could always get a 5.0 upper manifold, but I like the twin butterflys

sure, it can be done.
Buy yourself a MAP/OXY torch from home depot or lowes, and this product: http://www.durafix.com
Then buy yourself three aluminum tube sections, "Y" them, and solder them.
