Does anyone know remember these. I have a question. Does installing a -3 degree Octane Rod reduce timing across the entire RPM range by 3 degrees (the same as retarding your timing at the ditributor) or does it just limit the maximum amount of timing advance by 3 degrees. (ex. 34 degrees max to 31 degrees.) but the curve stays the same.
