Coil gone bad???twice
I have a 2003 F 250 superduty. It seems to be missing on one cylinder. I took it to ford about 2 months ago the last time it started this and they said it was the #5 coil. Now its doing the same thing. Seems to be the coil again but why would 2 go bad in less then 55,000 miles on the truck. Has anyone else had this problem? Could it be the injectors? I can only feel it when the engin is at low RPM. Its like a bad shake when i go to take off or when i punch it to accelerate.

Just courious, is it the same coil? I know on my 01 Crown Vic I had 2 coils go bad within a couple months of each other but they were on different cylinders. For me it happened at about 130,000 miles. I'm now at 167,000 and haven't had any more problems.
