I found out that the truck is 351w, e4od, and 4wd. This will be coming out and go into my truck. Read a few articles that said I could do this swap in stages. Anyone ever try this?

that 5.8 should have the correct flexplate if your tranny is an e4od as well. i did my swap in 2 weekends. 1 to remove the old motor and clean parts and get other things then 2nd weekend to drop motor in and get things fired up.
