Quick question: Parts suppliers list different part numbers for ford trucks doors, I believe that 80-87 take one Part #, 88-96 take another. Any idea if an early 80's door will fit my 92 F350? Its ok to me if there are minor difference, so long as it fits the cab and the latch and hinges line up.
Also, wheres a good place to get aftermarket sheet metal for my ride? I need a passenger side door, both fenders and some patch panels for the drivers rocker.

The mirror mounts can be different, and the interior panels and wiring can certainly be different based on options, but the shell is the same.
The cabs are the same two, with two exceptions. First, the later cabs have the EEC mounted in the firewall and the wiring to the cab is slightly different on the new cabs (rectangular connections instead of round) and on the passenger side the newer cabs have a 1" hole with a plug in it.
Bronco Graveyard, a sponsor of FTE is one of many companies that have fenders and door shells. Junkyards and ebay are good sources also.
