I have the old flash stored, however after playing for about half an hour today I still haven't located the actual hex addresses for those parameters.

In my Advantage software, it is labeled as "time_to_delay_lock_primary_drive" and "time_to_delay_lock_reverse" within the scalars. I believe I remember seeing these values for the manual shifts for 1, 2, and 3 also, somewhere further down in the main parameters. I have only looked at them with the base files I have now; I have not loaded the old saved values files into the program I am currently running.

Let us know what you find.
PSD,
What was your stock engine file (hex or box code) and what is the one you have now?

When you bring this out in open forum, then you will get your answer, in open forum.
Don't test Tim, he's showing far more patience than I'm ready to show in this matter. The problems that haven't stopped:
I am tried of you, going after any Superchips thread, you have made it your personal quest to discredit what ever is written by Vic….enough…the use of emoticons does not in any way distract from the jabs that are typed before a smiley face…

You continually ask for a definition of the rules…so you may step right to the edge. You follow the guidelines... skirting the SPIRIT and intent of them. There are two ...you cannot use in your favor!

If a moderator asks you to stop doing something please comply with the request. Just because something isn't listed in these guidelines doesn't mean its acceptable and we handle issues, on a case-by-case basis.

John let this go now and in the future....I am asking nicely!

Let me get this straight, I ask for some help or input on a problem that I have noticed and a couple of you guy`s act like you are married or something. Can anybody help me with this problem. I know it can`t be a dealer flash because they reflashed it for the bigger tires, and everything was fine until I loaded the econo tune. It dosen`t do it on the tow safe tune. So..... Well "let me think"..... .... ... It must be the SuperChips Micro Tuner with a bad tranny file. The reason I ask is because I just got it on wednesday and I can send it back on friday... And Vic I have ran a scmt on my screw in performance tune and everything worked just fine, but if there is something you can help me with on this problem then help. Don`t bash a guy that pop`s his head in from time to time to see what`s goin` on. Scmt is a very reput.. company and they provide a product that is going to do something and it does, but it has a little problem. And redirecting me to another guy`s problem, that has only the same problems I have, that nobody can fix ect ect.. That is not helping me. The only reason why I would post something on this website is for a quick fix on a problem, or add something to someone elses problems that might " you guessed it " help them fix their problems.

I have a SCMT, for 2 years now. Had one before too. Also have several Hypertechs. But I never had or heard of a problem like that, I think both SCMTs work flawlessly. I did place an order for a 3rd turner yesterday from Motorhaven which is a Predator. I ordered it because I was curious of the difference.

I hope the time spent doing what you all did here will not affect my delivery date..

Well then, since we are all on the same page now...... and professional " I hope". Let`s find an solution.. PSD 60L FX4 has replied a good posting. But let me say this, I sat back and read alot of posts on all the tuner info I could and weighed the odds I reall liked the scmt feedback and from my own use. But there is a problem with it and if scmt can`t fix it I will return it. It kind of sounds like the race for space. Russia and the USA, they got there first because they weren`t ready or daring. And we got there to catch up, and save face.. The reason I say this is the 6.0 is run pretty much by a computer or two or three. And mabye the SCMT company forced the release of the new tuner to stabilize the output of P brand.. Just a thought

Luckily, most don't think that way.

Thanks for the reply Vic, but I just spent $399.00 on a product that the two of you endorse, and no luck? But I guess the backout must be you 2 guys think I am an associate of the P brand. Why don`t you call Jason @ motor haven, he has been alot of help with most of my questions.

The Superchips Microtuner is an excellant product. If there is a problem with it on your vehicle invariably there is some issue, known or unknown, causing it. Call Superchips, they'll probably ask for your trucks calibration id. They are very good about addressing problems and customer service. Give them a chance, I wouldn't sell their products if they weren't good. Bad products cost retailers too much money in the long run.
