0527B ..did they do more than snap ring?
Took truck in monday...got a call today..waiting on parts..wow..big surprise..told me ford had a TSB to also replace the planetary in addition to the ring..even though my build date was after all the problems..has anyone had this done too?Any problems after the repairs?

Well took my 04 350 psd in for service today and was told that the trans will have to come out for the planetary problem 10,650 miles and this. My truck shows no sign of trans problems but I guess better safe than sorry. Up to now no major problems, minor oil leak at right valve cover gasket and some problems with drivers door hopefully my dealer gets the leak and door fixed this time.
