electrical problems

i have a 1993 F-250. i rebuilt the motor, and there is nothing quite like the sound of it. mom and the kids know when daddy is home! anywho....after i got it running, i have experienced a few electrical challenges. first, the fuel gague is stuck in a position that is beyond full (wish it were true with these prices). it does not matter if i have it the front or back tank. the switch allows me to switch however i cannot read the gague. also, when i attempt to use the wipers, it is an event. the wipers go intermittently however not as they are supposed to. they go and go and go, or they stop at the top.

First the wipers sound like a internal motor problem..... send me an email by clicking on my name ..select send email. I will send some test info for wipers and the FSV fuel selector valve.
