New torque converter
I am trying to get a new torque converter for my 99 F-250 7.3, and have called three supply houses and they said that they don't have new ones everything is remanufactured. Anyone else run into this problem.

Had the same thing done on my 99F250. one of the fins on the torque converter broke internally and it made a racket. Couldnt get a new one only a remanufactured one. The Reman ones they usually do any updates on and most torque converter companies only do torque converters so there very good at what they do.

Ford sells them, as well as Factory Tech, Precession, Makco, Mojave Green, and of course Suncoast
