Carb Identification

How can I tell what model carburetor I have? It is the stock carb on a '72 f-100 with a 302 3 speed.

The stock carb is a model 2100. There are various subtypes to it but that's the stock 2 barrel carb. If you're looking to rebuild it, the kit for it is a universal one and it's very simple.

Thanks. Yes, I'm headed toward a rebuild and since I have never done it before, am glad to hear that it won't be too difficult.

Just make sure you get yourself a couple cans of carb cleaner and blast it through every little pinhole you can see. Don't be stingy with it either. That stuff peels varnish off in an instant. I was catching the drippings in a pan and using an old toothbrush to dip into it and clean other stuff. The carb cleaner melted the toothbrush.
