Eldebrock 1406 Linkage Hookup help

I have a 72 f100 installed a performer intake and 1406 carb wanted to see pics of this install I'm having difficulty with how linkage for throttle and kick down hooks up help is appreciated!!

Yes I ordered the 1483 kit for the kick down rod thank you for the information
