Thanks 66gpw that was a great update. I will have to get to Bucks soon to check it out. Would like a good hood and doors for my 71 F350, the motor is in and should be running soon. The weather is great and it will be crusing time!
66gpw, would you happen to know if he has any 1970-71-72 Monte Carlos?A guy I work with is always looking for parts as he has two of them. The Buck's in Regina is pretty good, I am usually out there about once a week seeing what's new so I can watch this one for parts. On a side note, the Saskatchewan Parts Exchange is now registered on Yahoo! so if you go to the Yahoo! home page and do an advanced search for "Saskatchewan Parts Exchange" it comes up.If you do the regular search you get about 1000 hits so I have to figure out how to at least get it to the first page.
My neighbor has no Monte's and yesterday at Bucks I was not looking at the rest of the yard. Just the truck section looking for some door panels for my truck. Sorry.
Cars like that are getting tuff to find but we like to look for them any ways. I know of a very nice 67 Fairlane GT with a 4 speed that has been in storage for years but have never been able to get a price from the owner.
Is that car for sale? Are you interested? If not, can you give me a contact name and number via private message?

Cars like that are getting tuff to find but we like to look for them any ways. I know of a very nice 67 Fairlane GT with a 4 speed that has been in storage for years but have never been able to get a price from the owner. Last year I bought back my 67 Mustang F/B (390) after realizing the mistake of selling it!
The Fairlane GT is about to be mine, I made an offer today that was accepted.
As soon as he cleans all his stuff out of it tomorrow the money changes hands and it`s mine!
Looks like a very nice car rust free car but it`s a project to be sure. The dash was taken apart, linkage is off the 4 speed and I`m sure the list will grow with alot more things to get in order as it hasn`t run for 30 years.
Thankfully it was stored inside a good garage, kept dry and out of the sun.
Cause I`m kinda full of surprises....Ok then, I`m full of sumthin.
No money tree, it got hit by a wind/lightning storm last year.
I`ve wanted this same car for the last 17 years and today was the big day, just hope nothing goes wrong by tomorrow afternoon when I`m supposed to actually finally get it!
