Hey guys, especially you Canadians I have a quick question for you all! I have a 1989 f150 4x4 reg cab reg box, 302 200,000k with a 5 speed, custom, truck and I'm selling it, I'm asking 2 grand, the body has some rust, and some through rust on the box, and the truck needs paint. Has 33 inch kumo tires and some chrome 15x8 rims, you guys think im asking too much? Or not enough?
I'm not in the market for a truck like that but if I was I think your price sounds about right. 200K mi is a down side though. That's about the life of a gas engine. You might do better parting it out.
well i gave 2,750 for my 96 F-150 4x4 with 140,k on it and the body and interior looks great got pics in my gallery, so i think it is too much, but like said above you might get more parting it out, but if you are anything like me, i love my truck too much to see it get ripped apart, the one bad thing about parting out it you got a ripped apart truck sitting until it is all gone.
True, 200km is not even close to 200kmi. Sorry folks, being an American I tend to think in miles, not km. My appologies to preppypyro as far as the life of his truck goes. BUT if you all would just get with the program and accept Standard English measurement we could avoid these little mishaps in the future. Let's face it, why go with base ten when you can have a completly confusing local system that works much worse? Take care, Karl........
