More then likely a 7 inch rim

 

Is P295/75/16 safe for a 7" rim? The chart said to use a 7.5" inch rim

 

My 2005 has 7.5" wide rims The size of your rim is indicated on the sticker on the driver's side door

 

i to have a f250 superduty and am looking to put bigger tires and maybe rims. does anyone know what will fit?

 

I am also ready to put bigger tires on. I have noticed that a more aggresive pattern on a 285 (ie. toyo open country mt) looks "bigger and badder" than an 315 AT ( mickey thompson AT). the guy at my local 4x4 shop showed me the difference. The rim makes a big difference too. The rims with the holes look tamer than the ones that look more like spokes / blades. Also 315s can look a little goofy without a 4"-6" Lift . I think that the guys who sat don't get 35's w/o a lift are right. I am going to take the store owners advice and get 285/75s-295/75s with a 16x8 rim, or the 305/70s with a 16x10 rim
