Subwoofer removal

The subwoofer in my 98 Expo is blown. I popped the rectangular panel in the right rear, pulled the electrical connection from the amp, and removed 8 screws from around the speaker. I was expecting to just pull it right out, but it won't come out. Strangely, it rotates in place. What else is holding it in there? Any help would be appreciated.

There is a nut on the subwoofer itself on the magnet

When I replaced mine I was able to pull out on the speaker and turn it counter clockwise to unscrew it. I replaced it with aftermarket sub so I just pushed the bolt out the back.

Thanks guys. I found that bolt in the back. I just spent about an hour pulling off enough of the trim panel to get at it. I was barely able to get a ratchet on it, but I got it off. I tried turning the speaker, but the bolt turned with it (nothing can be easy for me). Anyway, its out and I can go find a replacement tomorrow. Thanks again.
