engine & bench seat problem.

replaced fuel filter wire/plugs new starter and alternator along with new rotor and cap. dumped in some heet with 10 gallons of fresh gas. i even sprayed some chok cleaner around carburetor. and i'm still have problems with it wanting to stay running. it runs then i take my foot off pedal to let it just run on its own but the dies within 15 seconds. is there a problem with the chok or something?

also what is the step to remove bench seat so i can clean out from uder it and install the new carbet? any help would be great thanks.

Easiest way to pull the bench seat is unbolt the sliders at the floor. Four bolts and you are done.

What size engine, what kind of carb?

my 73 has 6 bolts, but same same deal, unbolt from floor, yank out.

the choke is adjustable, or your truck needs to idle a little faster
