Plug gap for 5.0

Could someone verify what the plug gap should be for 5.0? The new autolites dbl plat's are gapped at .042. The old MC originals looks to be about .064 with very little erosion.

I seem to recall someone on a previous post stating to gap them at .054 Could someone straighten me out?

Thanks

Doesn't the sticker in the engine compartment indicate what it should be? Also, never trust that the new plugs are gapped correctly. Check each one...

Most of the auto part's store's will tell you what the gap is, when you buy plug's. Call the part's store and ask.

Didn't think about the sticker. .052-.056. Glad I checked as the store set was incorrect.
Thanks
