Lets hear it Mo members

Okay lets hear it from all the mo members, and if your not a member join. Where is everyone located in Mo. What is everyone driving, and what are your plans for it. Where is everyone's favorite wheelin place or favorite thing to do.

I drive a 02 F-150 4x4, no new plans because I'm looking for a project truck. Hope to do alot of fishing this year. I live south of St. Louis in Imperial.

Well, I am in the extreme NE corner of Missouri, near Luray, which is west of Kahoka. I have and 86 F250 4x4 6.9 diesel, 4speed, with 4.10 axcles. It is my workhorse, the whole reason I bought it. I hope to fix or replace the box and give it a paint job. I may even throw a turbo or overdirive on it, haven't decided. I keep tinkering and get a little more power out of it. My sister has been using it lately and it way out pulls her Chevy.... I use it around the farm, and get to play in the mud every so often doing that, but it's main purpose in life is to haul trailers around and whatever else I load it up with.

I live in New Haven, about an hour west of St. Louis, on the MO River, between Washington and Hermann. I have a 2000 Expedition which is going to remain completely stock, ecept for the K&N, and a 90 F-250 which I want to turn into a pulling truck. Right now it's a 351 5-speed 3.55, but I want a 532 stroker and a better gear ratio in it. Also sitting in our driveway is Dad's 79 F-150 in the middle of rust-fixing and repainting.

What is my favorite thing to do?? It seems like work and sleep; that takes about 99% of my time. If it's a nice day off, I'm usually washing one of the two in the front yard.

I live west of Danville just north of I-70 (167 milemarker). My profile does not show I am a member yet but I did summit the join application on the 3rd of march.

I Have several vehicles
My daily driver is a 89 Bronco II 4x4, 2.9, trashed the auto tranny and swaped to a 5 speed, everything else all stock for now.
My tow rig is a 85 F-150 5.8 HO, C-6, 4x4 flat bed. Plans for it are to repair the body damage and a paint job. I just bought this truck a couple weeks ago.
The farm truck is a 87 F150 4x4, 4.9 4 speed. No plans except to keep it running.
The toy "Shocker" is a 87 ext cab ranger 4x4, Carb 302 converstion, T-18, 1350 t-case, dana 28 front, 7.5 locked rear, 4.10 gears. total 6 inch lift on 32x11.50's. Plans are to swap the front end to a dana 35 and the rear to a 8.8 sometime this summer. Add on board air, change to skyjacker 6" lift. Paint job and some interior work. Have several minor adjustments to do to it. Long term is to add a solid axle to the front.
Project truck is a 87 Bronco II gutting it and dropping in a 351 w or a 460 have not decided which one yet its a slow project.
Step sons project truck 84 ranger 2wd 2.8, 5 speed. He is going to swap a 302 in to it but can not decide if he wants EFI or carb.
Then the girlfriends trucks are here also, she has a 79 F150 stepside 4x4 351m, 4 speed, 3.50 gears and a 95 ext cab ranger 4x4 4.0, 5 speed 3.73 gears

I love going to south eastern KY to wheel. but around here its where I can make it to. If I am not working I will be working on the trucks, hunting or fishing. Come Oct - December I hunt almost every day.

Later Mike

Good to hear from everyone. Figured this might help everyone get to know each other and we would have more activity in the forum and at the chapter meets. So let's hear from some more guy's.

g84- you should put up some pictures of our project, sounds awesome!

Anyways, I'm in webster Groves (about 10 miles outside st. louis on 44) and go to school in Rolla.

I have an 85 F150 4x4 that has more plans for it than my wallet could ever hope to afford. Oh well.

One mod that is on the table is a solid axle swap and a set of 4.11's and some minor frame boxing.

I don't live in Missouri but I spend some time there. I spend some time each year at the Bartle Scout Reservation and many other camping areas. I get down to Branson every couple of years.

I live in a little town just east of Sedalia MO. I have a 92 F250 4x4, a 95 Mustang GT, and a 2002 Explorer 4x4. I really dont have any major plans for any of my vehiclea, but I hope the truck will get a new paint job this year.(If I can find the time to do it.)
