TPS? or MLPS

Which one of theses senors would let my trans slip into neutral while driving around town about 30 mph... when i let up off the gas the trans will slip into neutral........ And when the rpms go down I can give it gas and it will slip back into drive......

Those symptoms would indicate a mis-adjusted shift linkage, bad MLPS, broken engine or trans mounts, or a problem with the solenoid pack in the trans. The TPS has nothing to do with it.
