Monday I had the day off from work so what did I do? I went to work on my truck. I replaced all the ball joints, tie rods, axle pivot bushings, radius arm bushings, shocks, pads & rotors and sway bar bushings. I had a front end alignment done today and the truck drives like new, this was a all day job but well worth the time.
Quote from midlf "You were humping." Nope, I'm not even going to touch that one - no matter how tempting it is! Man, you did all that in one day?? Too bad your there and I'm here - I'd gladly pay you half of what you saved to perform the same service work on my truck. Heck I'd even throw in beer, pizza and steak for your efforts.
Yes I did it in one day, started at 8am and done a 5pm {humping it}. It helps when you have air tools and the right tools to do a job. One big + was the wife and grandkid were at work/school so no one was around to bother me. If you want to drive to Roland Ar and bring parts and food I'll show you how to do one side and then you do the other side.
