If I had a dollar, for every thing that I did wrong-
I could pay to have a lawyer sing an exonerating song
And if I had a quarter for every time I went away
I could buy myself a house or cottage, wherein I could stay
If I had a dime for every love that I have lost
It would take me little time at all to meet someone who would split the cost
And if I had a nickle for every wish I ever had
I could wish myself a Billionaire, and life would be not bad
And if I had a penny for each time that I felt blue
I could buy myself a teddy bear, and name it after someone true
But if I had it all to do, and did it once again
I think that I would be the same, and see you here some-when...
