Help! I lost my wheelbase measurments for my 50 F-1. No big deal right just measure again. I wish it was that easy the truck is at my dads which is 3 hours away and he is gone until next week. Was about to go look at a chassis donor but can't find my measurments. Also what is the standard for measuring. I take it from center of wheel to center wheel for length and center of tread to center of tread for width. Any help is greatly appretiated.
Thanks,
Daniel
I have the measurements for my 1956 in my shop manual. Yours should be in the shop manual as well. If you don't have one, it's the best money you'll spend on your truck. Click on the PARTS SHOP link in the upper-right of the screen. That will take you to MotorHaven, the folks who pay for this nice little home of ours on the web.
