rough idle
hay there had to take a leave of absence. but now i'am back . i have replaced 8 inlecter ,reg,cap, wires still having idle problem i do have a bad fuel pump in one of the tanks and low pressure at the rail about 28-30psi help would be appreciated

28-30 PSI at idle is slightly low, but should not cause rough idle. 28-30 PSI with the engine not running (KOEO) would be 20-22 PSI at idle, which is low enough to lean the mixture significantly, and mess up the idle.
If the fuel pressure is not the problem, check for vacuum leaks. Check spark quality -- maybe the TFI module/pickup is going bad. Try running the engine minus one spark plug wire at a time -- see if you can isolate to one bad cylinder. Run a compression test -- maybe one cylinder has a valve problem.

what is FTI ,i did the minus wire but when pull them one at a time the engine would stall .i did notice that it is running a little rich . when i did and it would stay running .i could pick up the RPM it would clear up, it has a new TPS ,O2 senser . im stumped
