I want to make a correction to my last reply. Yes, you can get them separate. I never stocked them and I never worked at any dealer that did. Anyway, it's part number C8TZ 3123-C or industry bearing number BE-87. I found some Ford ones on-line.

Call them up and see. They'll give you price and shipping.
I think you need to explain the statement they don't move. Do you have the vehicle
jacked up when your trying to move them? The weight of the truck rides on the bearings when the wheels are on the ground. The other thing is you may not be able to see the lower inner cover move as the top side kind of overlaps it. What I'm trying to get at is unlesss you have hard steering or erratic steering you may not have a problem. They fit in the space between the axle and spindle with only a few thousands clearance if you jack up the unit and get the weight off the bearing you may be able
to turn it or have someone else move the wheel in and out and see if it moves.
Well, I have the king pin bearings out now and I can not turn one by hand but the other side moves, although not very smoothly. The truck steered great before teardown. I plan on reusing my old king pins as they have no rust/pits and the bronze bushings in my spindles look brand new. When I mocked them up there was no play at all between the axle and spindle.
