Is the truck a 4x2 or 4x4?
Unless you have a donor truck there to swap the parts from it probably isn't feasible to do the swap. If you could trade the truck in on one with an automatic that might be the best way to go.
Besides the transmission you would need a steering column for an automatic, radiator with cooler in it or an external cooler and lines, shifter linkage, wiring harness, PCM etc etc.
