Automatic Hub Spindle Nut
Can anyone tell me what size the spindle nut is for the auto hubs used on a 1996 Ranger?
It's time for rotors and u-joints in the front end, and since I haven't had any problems with the auto hubs I'm not changing them to manuals.
I found a spindle nut socket at the local AutoZone that listed the Ford F-series half tons, but not for the Ranger. It measured 2 1/2 inches across. I just want to be sure it is the correct size before buying it.
