tranny problem
Have 1992 explorer xlt. with 180,000mi. No overdrive. and i need to rev the engine for 20 to 30 sec to get it into drive. I did have the tranny rebuilt at 125,000mi. I think its on its last legs. either I buy a used tranny for 300$ and labor for 250$ (already called around, found a small garage in my neighborhood that would do it for this price) . or sell it for $300 as is.
Any suggestions on tranny problem and repair or sell.
