2wd wheelbases
The T18 to ZF is slowly coming along. The ZF is a longer transmission but the output shaft is closer to the front than the T18 which means I need a longer driveshaft (strange but true). Does anybody know if the wheelbase for a 1988 F150 2wd is the same as the wheelbase for a 1990 F250 2wd? If it is I can probably use a driveshft fromn the F250 in the F150 with a stepjoint as opposed to a custom driveshaft ($$$$). Thanks for the input.

I don't think you can do that the 3/4 ton has a larger differential and longer pinion on the housing making the DL a different length. better wait for other responses though im not too familiar with DL's yet. The wheel bases are the same though, i wouldnt see any reason for different.
