New problem with not much being posted for information. Got some info on what you have done or where you seem to be losing the belt. I know the belt does not have much room to run. One poster had excessive end play in the crank and was burning belts, Ford replaced the engine. If your pitching the belt off that would be alignment from a pulley being out of run.

Anyone here have a 2003 F-550 that has lost belts time after time? 6.0
Had one replaced 3000 mi ago. The problem was caused by an incorrectly torqued fan/waterpump pulley. Ford replaced the pulley and repaired all the damage under warranty. Have had a burnt rubber smell under the hood up until the dealer pressure washed the engine compartment. When mine went there was fanbelt spaghetti all over the place and I guess it just took lots of time to get it all out. I had never noticed before but the alternator seems to run extremely hot. I tried to get some help with alternator operating temps on this forum a while back but the thread died without any help so I don't have any data to point you in that direction. 2003 F450 6.0 single alternator.
My Tech told me 100,000 on the belt before I needed to worry.....I have 75,000 to go to see if he is right.
You do have a problem with 3 belts in 1,000 miles. 2 dealers 3rd one might be the one to help you. When you find a good Tech, consider him a keeper and buy your next truck from that dealer.
