tomorrow i pick up my new TV-a '97 F250 CC 4x4 SB PSD-Woo hoo-am i pumped! Only 67K and looks like a new one!
what is the main difference in my truck and the current super duty?
what kind of response do you expect from me for the smart a--repsonse i got form him-he is the one who started it-dont condemn me for repsonding to someone who obviously was just being an a--hole.
pardon me for even expecting a cordial answer-if you have a moderator for this site i would love to take it up with them.
well then dont cast dispersions at me for replying to him-he obviously had nothing to add to my post so why even respond-i will be contacting yeti to get his input-bottom line-you have no right to call me on the carpet for the response i got from rockinb-and i will CERTAINLY find other resources other than this forum to get help from-i did nothing wrong and do not deserve your comments about my comment-i was asking for help and got a smarta-- answer-how would you feel about if you got the same comment from one of your posts?
fine yeti-i thought you would see things differently-i did nothing wrong-i just asked for some information and i got a smartass reply-if you see nothing wrong with that then i guess i am at fault-i just find it hard to believe i can be condemned for asking a legitimate question and getting a bogus answer-but if that is what this forum is about then i want no part of it-there are plenty of other good sites to get info from-sorry to have inconvenienced you in any way, shape or form-i just cant believe i am apologizing for asking a question and responding to smarta-- answer-maybe i can find the info i need elsewhere-thanks for nothing
See it differently? If you were asking how to save a life and only had a short time for some answers, I would understand, but were talking trucks here, nothing that will change the world as we know it....
This is how I see it....
Response to your question "About 8 yrs." Funny...sort of....
Your response: "very funny rockinb-why dont you take your show on the road-maybe somebody who gives a s--t might listen to you-get a life pal" Off the deep end a little bit
If you don't think that you were a bit over the top, then I would hate to see what you would do if someone spilled their drink on your shoes.....
As you say, there are plenty of other good sites out there.......
A newbie with no sense of humor. Probably won't be around here very long.
Here's some info for ya before you go....
Other than offering the PSD & E4OD/4R100, there is nothing similar between the old "HD" trucks and the new SD. Frame, axles, interior, sheetmetal, wheels- everything is different. I like the old body style & they are good trucks, but the new SD is much improved - IMO.
overniter, if you look around a little bit through some threads on the site you will often find humor, everyone on this site seems to get along pretty good and there is often jokes to lighten the mood. you probably could have gotten some useful responses had you not blown up, now its doubtful folks will want to help you.
guess i will stand corrected-but from the sound of it i will not be very welcome on this forum-i would like to continue here-but if i am not welcome then i can only assume i am being banished-guess i could sign on as another user name? would that help?
I thought it was funny. And with such a fague question, its hard to give an answer without listing a few hundred things.
Newbies are always welcome but only if they dont come in with am attitude/no sense of humor. So either learn to take FTE as a place to get info and BS, or leave. Its only the internet.
