That comment was very rude and uncalled for. With an attitude like that you won't get much help from people here.

I think he was just joking around with you, I don't think he was trying to be a smart-a**. The moderator for this forum is Yeti.

well then dont cast dispersions at me for replying to him-he obviously had nothing to add to my post so why even respond-i will be contacting yeti to get his input-bottom line-you have no right to call me on the carpet for the response i got from rockinb-and i will CERTAINLY find other resources other than this forum to get help from-i did nothing wrong and do not deserve your comments about my comment-i was asking for help and got a smarta-- answer-how would you feel about if you got the same comment from one of your posts?

All I see is an attemp at humor, and you getting all twisted up over it.

Here's a tip, don't use profanity, don't use @#$%$ to mask profanity, and don't name call..

Did ya read the thread at the top "Some info for new visitors"?

One could of replied " Thanks, but that's not the info I was looking for "

See ya around...

Oh ya, there are about 726 different things from a 97 and newer SD, I list a few and let the other guys add to it.

Body, Axles, Suspension, Wheels, Interior.

See it differently? If you were asking how to save a life and only had a short time for some answers, I would understand, but were talking trucks here, nothing that will change the world as we know it....

This is how I see it....

Response to your question "About 8 yrs." Funny...sort of....

Your response: "very funny rockinb-why dont you take your show on the road-maybe somebody who gives a s--t might listen to you-get a life pal" Off the deep end a little bit

If you don't think that you were a bit over the top, then I would hate to see what you would do if someone spilled their drink on your shoes.....

As you say, there are plenty of other good sites out there.......

A newbie with no sense of humor. Probably won't be around here very long.

Here's some info for ya before you go....
Other than offering the PSD & E4OD/4R100, there is nothing similar between the old "HD" trucks and the new SD. Frame, axles, interior, sheetmetal, wheels- everything is different. I like the old body style & they are good trucks, but the new SD is much improved - IMO.

overniter, if you look around a little bit through some threads on the site you will often find humor, everyone on this site seems to get along pretty good and there is often jokes to lighten the mood. you probably could have gotten some useful responses had you not blown up, now its doubtful folks will want to help you.

I thought it was funny. And with such a fague question, its hard to give an answer without listing a few hundred things.

Newbies are always welcome but only if they dont come in with am attitude/no sense of humor. So either learn to take FTE as a place to get info and BS, or leave. Its only the internet.
