Spare wire

Does anybody have that extra spare wire with a connector in their engine bay mine lays across the fuel injecor rails. ive always wondered waht that was 1993 F150 XL

Charcoal cannister purge valve connector ???

Mine was missing that valve when I bought my truck.

Just a guess.
