If I'm not mistaken, it should fit, with the possible exception of the bellhousing. If the bellhousing is different, you can take the 3.0L bellhousing and put it on the 4.0L tranny.

Not absolutely sure, but the Torque converter and shaft might be different dimmensions. I know the bell housing IS different, so you would need to keep your old one.

yes you can do the swap here is the thing you need to take off your bellhousing and place it on your donor tranny your TC and the shaft might be different so keep those parts. also check the valve setup when you remove the pan you can see your seloniod setup and make sure it's the same. if not you might have to swap that too.
