If I'm not mistaken, it should fit, with the possible exception of the bellhousing. If the bellhousing is different, you can take the 3.0L bellhousing and put it on the 4.0L tranny.
Of course, you understand that you are doing this at your own risk, since I'm no tranny expert. My opinion is just an opinion, not facts

yes you can do the swap here is the thing you need to take off your bellhousing and place it on your donor tranny your TC and the shaft might be different so keep those parts. also check the valve setup when you remove the pan you can see your seloniod setup and make sure it's the same. if not you might have to swap that too.
