1979 door panels

Hi there, got a 1979 f250, the previous owner gutted the panels on the inside of the doors. Here is my question. Will door panels fit from newer trucks possibly 90's? They look like the same door?? Thanks

Don't know about fit issues but everything can be accomodated if you have the tools,there are original panels available.

I tried to make panels from a 92 f150 work on my 76 and it did not work out. I bought new panels and they look great.
