Rust under drivers door

Rust under drivers door
Does anyone know if they make products to fix major rust under the drivers side door? I have a 91 Explorer that runs fine, but the drivers side rust is really bad under the door. The panel (running from front to back wheel area directly under door) is barely there, and its started a hole leading into the frame/cab area.
I'd like to be able to either glue (if they make it), or weld a new piece directly over the old, prime, and paint. The only other alternative is cutting sheet metal, etc. But I'd like to find something that meant specifically for my make/model.
