i still have like ten. i like the gen 1 and 2 plus. they have fiberglass hoods and the gen 1 plus has the rod shifter. we just striped one of them down to nothin last week. they do take a lot of work and $ but when you get a lot of them it isn't that bad. we have rooms of stockpiled engines trannys and other parts.

Never owned one, but knew several that did (and they would probably agree with the posts. . .). Since it relates to another General post - the SHO would qualify as a perfect 'modern' muscle car - no? Pedestrian roots, lots of power,
. . . and lots of maintenance. Owners of orig muscle should be proud. . .
