351M Facts Needed

I just put a 351M in my 83' F150 4x4 4spd, Its a great engine, blows my mind the way it runs, i never use 1st, it eats 2nd 3rd and wants more of 4th then it can get, but to get it to eat 4th i got to take 3rd to 60 or greater, i don't have a tach but i haven't got a clue what kind of revving this motor will take, if it wasn't for the exhaust being crazy loud the truck would be silent, the engine has 150,000+ miles on it and it sounds whisper quiet. What Limits can this engine take? it sounds like a full out racing engine and feels just the same!(For u that expect a 351CID under my hood think again this has the big block bolt pattern on the bell) Please any info reguarding this engine would be helpful.
