I agree that you should take the high road and go to the company for remediation. If that does not happen to your satisfaction then talk to a lawyer. You are just as susceptible to job harrassment as any other person and anything that makes you unable to work in safety and comfort is defendable. Especially if you have it on tape. Find out if anyone else has had a like thing happen to them, is there a pattern of behaviour here. If you happen to be the poor token white guy then you have as much right to remediation as any "minority" does. If you retaliate in any other way, you have lost your case before it begins.

Make sure all your contact is backed up in writing, that is registered mailing to the Human Resources Mgr of Wendy's Corporate. You don't need to stoop to their level to get satisfaction. Use your head and the law and be the mature person and you will come out on top.

Besides, they will never know what hit them.

Too be *******s you say. Well you need to look for a routine in their days. When do they get there, what do they drink, eat. when they leave. ei laxitive in their drink, chili power in their food. You have to be careful that timing is good so you don get caught and it doesnt look like you did it.
Also. On a cold/rainy night. It would really suck if their tires were all flat. And as they waited for a ride they found their handes were so greasy/sticky they had trouble opening the door(as mentioned above) and when they did and started it up to site in a warm vehicle they somehow forgot they had left a bag of trash in their car( a smelly one).
And it would also suck if they had taped over certain letters on their license plate to look like other letters and the law found out.

I agree with Azguy call the main office and if they dont do anything threnten to get a lawyer that usually works and they will give you some sort of compensation if it doesnt work then go and get a lawyer. then after a month or so try to find where they live and do it to there car (the floor thing and some grease on the door handles) at home lik 2 or 3 in the morning when most people are suppose to be sleeping. If you have it on tape then you have all the evidence you need and press charges against them a holes

I wouldn't go as far as hiring a lawyer unless there was damage to your truck, especially if you got a crummy paint job

Just dump salsa all over there cars, and after they clock out, throw a big mess of salsa at them. If they complain, "oh you guys can't take a joke?"

I think everyone has to deal with people like this sometime in their life. Unless things get physical or they damage your truck, just let it go, play their game, and throw salsa back at em. And get a different job.

I'd tell them to go munch on some fried chicken! along with many other racial slurs, but thats just me, you shouldn't say that if you cant fight, they would prolly jump you and steal your shoes or something.

you cant press charges if nothing was damaged. your only option is vandalising their low rider.

I think that you really need to find out who the manager works for, who is his boss. Expecially if you are being discriminated against because you are white. There should be an owner of the particular restuarant that you work in... find this guy, and bring it to his attention.

From what I gathered from Wendy's website, they have a corporate Human Resources Vice President, his name is James Yost. I'm sure that he would be interested to hear that you are being mistreated because you are white. Write him a letter. You should have access to a corporate Human Resources phone no. that you can call.

If you can't find a number, call these people and tell them that you are an employee and you need the number of the HR people because you are being discriminated against and your bosses are doing nothing.

Wendy's International, Inc.
4288 W. Dublin-Granville Rd.
Dublin, OH 43017
Phone: (614) 764-3100

If you've tried to go up the chain of management with no luck, try going to the local news station, tell them your story. Explain to them that you are being discriminated against and your company is not doing anything about it. Watch when it shows up on the 5 pm news and the next thing you know things will start happening. News stations usually love this stuff.

My thought is the heck with going after your manager and co-workers, go after Wendy's. They should be protecting you from this type of crap and if they don't they are liable for the damages.

Just make sure that you take detailed notes of the time, date and type of mistreatment so that you have a record of the incident.

OK GUYS you had your fun now lets do what is right:

1: Do what Hawg Dawg has said, He is 100% right and is on the right track. You never damage someones car, truck, or property to get even. For one thing you are commeting a craim. The best thing is file a complete with the Company in the Home Office, 2nd report it to the Police so they have a report on it, and then perhaps report it to the News, paper, radio, TV tell him that you just want you car fixed and tell them that the company refuse to do anything about it. Once they get their names on the news about what has take place they will come to you and want to take care of the problem. One thing they do not want to get a bad mark or anything bad about them on the news. Lets not forget to talk to a Attorney about what took place, there are allot of Attorneys out there that would be glad to handle it, it does not cost anything to talk to one, in fact there are some out there that would not charge you a penny if you explain youself to them.

Remember one thing you are better than them and you are young in life, the most important thing you do not want to do is throw your life down the drain at a very young age. You have so much going for you right now, you have your whole life ahead of you and you can make more out of yourself than these two guys ever will. Your grade may not be where you would like them to be but all you have to do is work a little harder and you would be surprized what you could make out of yourself.

There are allot of these jobs out there just waiting for you. I know you can do it but you have to use your head and learn where you want to go. Don't let these types of people get in your way. This is what they want to do. They are not worth it to go to jail or be under Police which. So talk to your parnets and even talk to your Schools Guildants Teacher thats what they are there for. IT JUST AN"T RIGHT to have these guys get in your way and damage your car or truck. Stick in there and you will be a great guy and you will come out on TOP.

86rustbucket is giving good advice, you can also call the Loss Prevention Dept. and tell them they stole some products from the store and that you have pics to prove it.

Just wash the salsa off, find a new job and forget about it. If this is the worst problem you ever have to deal with you are a lucky guy. Why make a federal case over two morons throwing salsa on your truck, it's a nit.

Chinese Proverb: He who takes revenge in less than ten years, acts in haste. First I would look for another job. When I found it I would not give notice, just quit after the last shift, the manager does not deserve the respect of a notice. Second I would write a letter to the president of the Company, outline what occurred and who was involved. If you have trouble writing it the way you want, have some one help you. Most politicians have professional writers, there is nothing wrong with that. A letter like that in their file is probably the best revenge you could take.

I would have to say that these guy's are probably waiting for you to get your revenge so they can use it against you, that's how they work. If you do something to them they will just try and label you as a racist and get you fired. The way it is now you have the cards stacked against you already because you are white. Nothing against black people or people of different race, but alot of them tend to have a chip on their shoulder. I would go with the suggestions of contacting Human Resources or the managers boss. If that don't work find a new job.
