79 f-150

i have a 79 f-150 that i would like to make a f-250 and keep my half ton front suspension some people say i only have to change my roter's is that true or not if you could help that would be great. thank's

I would think you'd have to change springs as well, to give the F250 carrying capacity.

Is this a 2wd or 4x4? So you would like to make your 1/2 ton use 8 lug wheels? As stated, this will not increase the load capacity...

It is a 4 wheel drive 1/2 ton and I want to make it a 4 wheel drive 3/4 ton and keep the 1/2 ton front end that I have.

you'll still only have a 1/2 ton your frame does not change 3/4 tons have alot heavier frames and axels

To The Ford Guy's That Know Something About Trucks . I Dont Care If I Still Have A 1/2 Ton Suspension I Just Want To Chang The Front Rotors From 5 Lug To 8 Lug I Dont Care About Any Thing Else. Thank You
