Hi and welcome to the forum

Is your engine a Romeo or Windsor?

The 8th digit of the trucks VIN will be a 6 if it's a Windsor or a W if it's a Romeo.
The torquing procedure is different for both. I would really recommend buying or borrowing a shop manual for this as you don't just torque them like in an older engine.
From the manual the procedure is as follows but I can't post the pictures that are with the instructions that would make these make sense.........

NOTE: Make sure to tighten the main bearing cap bolts in two steps.

Tighten the ten main bearing caps bolts in the sequence shown to 27-32 ft.lb.

Tighten the ten main bearing cap bolts in the sequence shown 85-95 degrees.

NOTE: Make sure to tighten the main bearing cap jack screws in two steps.

On REP engines, tighten the ten main bearing cap jack screws in the sequence shown to 45 in.lb.

On REP engines, tighten the ten main bearing cap jack screws in the sequence shown to 80-100 in.lb.

NOTE: Make sure to tighten the cross mounted main bearing cap bolts in two steps.

On REP engines, install the ten cross mounted main bearing cap bolts and tighten in the sequence shown to 90 in.lb.

On REP engines, tighten the ten cross mounted main bearing cap bolts in the sequence shown to 14-17 ft.lb.

NOTE: Make sure to tighten the cross mounted main bearing cap bolts in two steps.

On WEP engines, install the ten cross mounted main bearing cap bolts and tighten in the sequence shown to 20-24 ft.lb.

Tighten the ten cross mounted main caps bolts in the sequence shown 85-95 degrees.

NOTE: Make sure to tighten connecting rod bolts in two steps.

Tighten the connecting rod bolts in the sequence shown to 29-33 ft.lb.

Tighten the connecting rod bolts in the sequence shown 90-120 degrees.
