No acceleration

No acceleration
Hey crew,
I ahve been having problems with my ford since i got her. Here are the specs. 1998 f150 lariat 5.4L 2x4. 85,000
First problem, after two months the check engine light came on, and the truck would shake everytme i accellerated, or even why i was setting ideling. So i replaced the fuel filter. Didnt help. So i took it in to have it checked out. All four o2 sensors were bad. I replaced them, and it didnt fix anything. I ahve been driving the truck around like this becasue no one can seem to find out what the problem with it is.Today i was driving to work, and i had no accelleration, and i pushed the gas down, the truck still moved at idle speed. Then it would catch and take off. The catch to all this is, that it only performs like this while the truck is cold, once the needle hits the middle of the H and C, there seems to not be much of a probelm, i will from time to time get the shake. Have to shut the truck off and turn it back on, at some times that will fix problem. Can anyone help me with some trouble shooting ideas? Anything is greatly appreciated.

Ya beat me to it.....if it is slow to grab when cold, place the tranny in neutral for about 15 secs, then drive or reverse. If it suddenly works....low fluid. If your fluid level is ok....then start looking at tranny work. Sounds like you got her taken care of...just keep a close eye for a bit to make sure nothing else has gone wrong.
