Reset Keypad Entry

I need to find the 5 digit number to access my Keypad Entry on an 04 F150 SCAB. Is this number anywhere on the Truck or do I have to take the Truck to FORD and have the computer look it up. Any help would be appreciated.

Isn't it on a card in the owner's manual? On my 99 Expedition it was stamped on the module under the steering wheel. Hope this helps.

Keypad

I don't have the card. The owners manual says it is on the computer module. Where is this?

Look under the steering wheel.
