Get a good set, don't go cheep, like Headman. And on a 2wd don't forget to use a starter heat shield.

I put a set of Headman's on my '83 and after the first year they started to rust and after about 23K I think they are ready to be changed. And I say go for the heat shield. My '83 was 4wd but I always had to let it sit for at least 15 minutes before the starter would cool enough for the motor to turn over, and it did so real hard.
