Dashpad color change

Dashpad color change
I want to replace the dashpad on my 73 f-250 because it is so cracked by the sun. Is it possible to dye or color a good blue dashpad to the original green color of my existing cracked dashpad? Instead of dye, is there a paint that will remain flexible? FTE has always been a great source of info. Thanks.
