what is the bolt pattern and back spacing for a 1992 f150 4x4

I'm not sure about the backspacing, but bolt pattern is 5 x 5.5

Are you sure that the bolt pattern is 5x5.5? I think its 5x135mm. They are both pretty close, so it probably wouldn't matter, but all the truck wheels in the Ford Racing catalog are 5x135mm.

Backsapcing is 3 3/4 on 80-96. The bold pattern should be 5 x 5.5 and didn't change to 135mm until 97. At least that is what my OE spec sheet says, could be wrong.

yep 97 and newer is 5x135mm.

the wheels I have on my truck right now are steelies with snow tires. They are the same 5x5.5 wheels that my 1954 Ford sedan uses... Gotta love 40 years of interchangability.

The hubaps off of my '54 fit the wheels on my '94 pickup even.

I'm sure there's no need to get metric involved!!

Well, I guess thats true, since all the wheels in the ford racing catalog are for 97 and newer trucks. Still, I've seen the new wheels on old trucks, and 5.5" and 135mm are only half a centimeter different.
