I know this has been beat to death and did a search but i didnt know if anyone has tried this combo. Neway, I Was looking through some threads and it seems that there is some controversy regarding what will fit a 2004 F250 SC 4x4 at stock ride height...
Reason I ask is because I was looking at a 18x9 or 10 wheel with a 325x60x18 nitto terra grappler... the tire measures right to 33" tall and approx 13" wide... do you suppose this would present a problem. or would this most likely require a lift.. I will likely add one in the future...
Do it right from the git go. Save until you have enough to do the lift AND the rims AND the tires all at once. Even if it means waiting....
From everything I have read here, there and everywhere, your combo won't work--unless you just go straight!
And, go at least two inches higher than you think you want.
What's funny is all the people here complaining about the cost of fuel but no one's complaining about paying $5k for a lift and tires on a perfectly good truck (and, before it's asked, I DO plan to lift mine--as soon as I can tap into the local fuel station tank with a secret underground line that runs straight to my house!).
I hear ya there.... I thought It shouldnt be a prob, since the tire is only 33" tall... hell, the stock 265's are almost 32's right???
Yep, 32" tall X 10.43" wide. How do I know??? Go here, then scroll down almost to the bottom of the page under "programs and calculators". Click on tire/wheel calculator... www.dakota-truck.net

33" tall X 12.8" wide. Height shouldn't be a problem for your truck, especially since it's a 4X4. Just make sure they'll fit with the rims. So, you're looking at a tire that's 1" taller and roughly 2.5" wider. Mounted on a wider rim(either the 16X9 or the 16X10), I don't see the 325/60's as being a problem.
Forced5,
I have 33x12.5 BFG All-terrains on my stock 2004 F250 CC FX4. They look great but they do rub on the right front bumper plastic when making a hard right turn. I am going to be lifting it 6" soon to clear 35's. Your tire combination will work without any hangups if you trim the lower air dam on the truck. Good luck.
Hey guys, I am new here, and I was looking through the threads to find this EXACT question before I made an *** out myself and asked it a second time! lol... I am thinking of going with almost the same set up on my 2004 superduty, supercab. 18"X10" RIMS, AND THE Pro Comp 33"X13.50"X18".. I know I am new to the board, but does anyone know for sure if this will fit on my truck with no lift, and NO problems???
**** I hope it works I ordered everything... lol.... Any responss would be greatly appreciated..

I think the height of the tire will clear. I would have concerns with the width. If 12.5 is rubbing on hard right turns on the same truck, you may have more problems with the 13.8. Backspacing on the rims would be the easiest solution, although I am not sure what you would need. If that is not an option, shim the bumper out a bit. Cheapest way, shim the bumper. Personally, I would lift it a bit. My 2000 F350 SC 4x4 ran 33's when it was stock. They were 12.50s though. I am running 44s now though. hehehe.
OK, so has NYONE here used an 18" X 10" wheel on there truck without a lift?? The backspacing is 4.5". The wheel I am using is the American Eagle style 064. I figured that a 33" tire should work, and a 4.5" backspace should work, so I should only have to worry about the outer width diamitor of the tire rubbing on the bumper, ect...
Any help here would be GREATLY APPRECIATED... And pictures would be even better..
Thanks boyz...
