Clutch Problems
I put a rebuilt motor in my truck a little less than a year ago, when i did this, i also replaced the clutch. The clutch that i used was just a factory spec clutch, and now i am regretting it. The clutch always heats up and you can smell it burning almost anytime that i lock into 4wd and start trying to go anywhere. I ended up having to back up a rather large, windy road in 4wd in reverse and my clutch was actually smoking. If you can't tell, i am a little hard on the clutch, or this one is just really crappy. I was wondering what is a good clutch that i won't have as many problems with and one that will be more sticky/responsive. I know that centerforce makes some good racing clutches, but that is about all that i know.
