clutch problem?

Need some info/help 88 f-150 M5OD hard to shift into first gear if the truck is allowed to roll a bit it goes into gear. Put a new clutch in 2 years ago throw on the clutch pedal over time had to go further and futher to floor took of the rubber bumper stop to get more throw somthing is worn out but what? thanks

if its hydralic clutch, it soulds like the slave cylinder , if it manual, may just need to be adjusted.

Have you checked the fluid level in the clutch master cylinder? Don't forget to remove the rubber cup under the cap when checking or adding fluid to the clutch master cylinder.

thanks I will check that out and hope it is somthing simple i will bleed my clutch system again for the heck of it thanks again for help will let you know if interested will take acouple of days to get to bye
