Well, it's been a long time, but I'll keep my promise. I have uploaded the pics of the Bushwacker Fender Flares onto my Gallery. I had a hard time finding pictures of these on the web, so I thought it might help some of you out there to see what these look like on a normal Bronco with stock tires and such. Installation was easy, and it was the most economical way to get rid of those minor rust problems. Just make sure you neutralize the rust before sealing those Flares...so take a look if your interested.
They look good. I almost thought you were the one who bought my 88. I had the same color scheme, and wheels. Then noticed yours was a 90.
I'd just get a little wider tires on those rims when it comes time to replce them. That will fill the flares out a little.
Nice rig ctch88 What did the flares set you back? Did you paint them yourself? I diffenately need to add a pair of those to my rig, I drive down a dirt road (Mudhole during monsoon season) for 2 miles to get to my ranch so mud flies everywhere. Those would help a great deal.
Good looking Bronc. I had a pair of those flares to put on my 88 but when the time came to cut out the rear 1/4s I found that they were even too far gone for the flares to cover the rust! lol
The flares from Bushwacker cost me about $210. Yes, I painted them myself. I used buckskin, which is less carmel than the second color, but does match perfectly with the accent stripe across the 1/4 pannels and doors. I bought the spray cans for 10 cents each at Mejer. Needless to say I bought them out for that price (only 3 cans), but have not been able to find any since. I wanted to spray the tire rack the same color, but am out of paint.
