you'll have to do some measuring. I belive the F100 shares the same 3" wide by 55 1/2 or so "(center eye to center eye) as the rest. (150/250/350/ full size bronco) Other than the pre 77 1/2 (highboys) they were only 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 " wide...

Your truck can use any of the rear springs from a 4x4 up to 96. As was stated the only exceptions should be the pre 77 F250 rear springs. All the rest will bolt right up, be it F150, F250, or F350.
