78 Instrument Cluster?
Anyone know of a website or dealer who sells the whole instrument cluster for a 78 f-150, i was replacing the hi-low bulb and the whole thing crumbled into pieces so now i need a new instrument panel.

They sell on eBay all the time. You can also find many of them in salvage yards. Nobody has ever figured out why some of those cluster backs crumbled. The same instrument panel was also used in vans thru the late 80's. You need to make sure the back plug size and configuration matches the one you have.

I snagged one out of an '89 Van for 40$ Looks good, tastes great, lasts a long time...........

I have found that when comparing your cluster to one in the salvage yard, pay attention to the colors on the circuit board in order to find a matching one.

I have parted out over 50 73-79 trucks and 78-79 broncos from the midwest area. More than 50% of the clusters and backs have been excellent.

The biggest difference is whether or not they have the idiot gages or the analog.
